I got my Sorel Women's Picnic Lace shoes in the mail about 2-weeks ago. They arrived in just 2 days! Awesome ship time for UPS Ground! I've gotten a chance to wear them around a bit now. They are very comfortable, except for in one place; I love that the shoes are made of the washed canvas, but it makes for a very rough edge to the heel of the shoe. I wish that a little piece of suede or moleskin had been added to the interior of the rear part of the heel to help prevent irritability.
Also, I normally wear a US Women's Size 10, but instead ordered a 9.5. I own a pair of the Joan of Artics in a size 10 and wish I had sized down in those as well. The Sorel Women's Picnic Lace fit me great in a size 9.5. I will generally size down in Sorel from here on out.
Over all, great shoe, I've had a ton of compliments already! I love the washed look and the awesome, grippy, sorel sole!
I would recommend this product.
