I purchased this boot because I was heading to the east coast & knew that I would be in pretty snowy conditions on some days. They were on sale at the time & seemed like a good deal. Well New Hampshire received well over 3 feet while I was there & the average temp was in the low 20's & in the morning was between 3 & 7 degrees. Boots were not warm even though they had thinsilate lining. They did keep my feet dry & were comfortable, but this boot is really more of a rain boot for temp in the 50 - 60 range. These will become my rain boots back in LA.
