I bought the Caribou $160 version and this $400 pair to compare and both have a great look and fit comfortably, I believe around the calf it is alittle tight if you want to tuck your pants in on both shoes but the comfort when worn without socks is awesome with the 100% real lamb on this reserve shoe vs the 60% on the lease expensive pair.
I'd buy them if you have the $, if your concerned about price and just want a great boot for the buck, buy the $160 pair

I own at least 20 pairs of footwear. However, I only
own a couple pairs of boots. After owning these boots I will
neverneed to buy another pair. My Caribou's are the most
comfortable, durable, and handsome crafted pairs
in my closet! I wish I could wear them everyday,
but the weather isn't always permitting.
The only issue I have when wearing my Caribou boots,
is when my wife says, "Are you really wearing those to bed?"
